The Generation 4 Heated Liner is designed to meet a number of customer requests and needs. Developed over the course of many years of touring and riding all over the world, we have designed this liner with many new features we and our customers, consider essential - not gimmicks, not untried, unproven fads. In fact, once you take a look at the features in this innovative liner, we think you'll agree this is the best heated jacket liner on the market!

As always, the design for the Men's and Women's Liners are different, because Men's & Women's needs are different.

One of the first features is below the surface, our new "Soft Heat" Panels - light, flexible, safe and efficient. No hot spots whatsoever, but then, none of our heating methods have hot spots. No nonsense, no magic, a purely science driven heating methodthat is the best because we know how to make it, how to use it and we rely on it ourselves!

The next features you notice on the Generation 4 Liner is the reflective material. Scotch Lite Reflective Piping on the Women's Liner and Illuminate Reflective Material on the Men's. Because the Heated Liner functions so well as a jacket when you get off the bike, we decided to make it safer for you at night. With the reflective material around the collar, it adds a unique design element and you can be more easily seen when on the bike.

The outside shell is made of wind stopping, water repellant, wicking, breathable microfiber polyester. The spandex that keeps the liner tight to the body is anti-microbial. The inside shell is nylon taffeta, breathable, soft & smooth so it slides over your clothing. These materials are not chosen because they get through customs cheap but because they work the best. On the body they function to spread the 90 watts of heat, when the power is turned off that work at being temperature neutral and when not needed, they fold compactly into the provided pouch

Like all of our heated liners, there are zippered hand pockets. There are hidden in small zippered pockets integrated plugs for connecting gloves and pants. No more dangly cords when sipping coffee at the cafe. and then there is the new Locker loop we added because customers requested them. As in all our heated liners there is the high heated collar, heat in the chest, upper back and lower back and arms.
